The 2nd panel of the symposium will be Bronx Histories.  Angel Hernandez, who is the Director of Programs  Bronx County Historical Society and the director of the Bronx Latino History Project, will be one of the panelists.  Last summer, Spectrum News aired a segment about the Society’s project of digitizing the society’s records featuring Hernandez. This project will make it easier for scholars from around the world to study the borough.  Last April Curbed had a photo essay featuring some of the society’s treasures.
